A list is only good if it’s on you.

Listr8r is designed to look good and work well on your Android or iPhone Smart Phone.

We call it a "responsive" application which means it knows if you're viewing it on your small screen device (iPads, Android or Windows tablets too). Here are a couple of tips that will help you save a listr8r button for your shopping lists on your devices home screen for instant access.

It's easy to get a link to listr8r added to your phones home-screen. Will look like this on Android. (scroll/swipe down for iPhone preview)

Shopping List on your Android Phone Home Screen

Follow these steps to get the icon link added to your android device. When you sign in, let it remember your password and note that Google Android has several versions plus handset makers (and users) can customize it extensively. This is a general guide to what a basic Android handset will look like and how it will work. Your phone may be different but should be similar.

When you log in and it asks you to confirm if you want the browser to remember the password, you probably want to click "Remember" to streamline future logins.

Writing the bookmark will require you to tap the "Hamburger" button (3 bars stacked as shown). Once you're in you probably want to make sure the screen you bookmark is your preferred list. You can save more than one location if you have multiple lists and want fast access to both. Or save a link to your List of Lists. Up to you really!Don't tap the burger until you're on the screen you want that icon to bring you to.

Tapping the burger displays this next menu from which you select "Save to Bookmarks"

A couple of details to be aware of. You can Label: the home screen button however you wish. Call it shopping list, house list, Sergio or Contessa(?) Make it something you'll recognize as your shopping list link. Your list should save at a Address: where you want the link to go (will probably include listr8r.com/listReview.php?liID=... (followed by some code). Account: is actually saving it within your gmail android account so this doesn't need to match your listr8r.com login info.

Scroll or swipe down a bit and you'll see an "Add to" button. Tap next to that and a pop-up menu appears allowing you to elect "Home Screen" this is probably what you want but other options are available. That ought to do it!

The iPhone streamlinesit a little but I'm starting here from already being logged in. Don't forget to let the phone or device remember your login information! Then find the icon as indicated at the bottom of the screen. This disappears if you swipe down but reappears when you swipe up. Tap that icon and...

YOu;ll see "Add to Home Screen" option appear. Tap that button and Bada-boom - there it is...

Hope this helps you forget nothing!
